Returns You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items on sale or marked as final sale
  • Damaged items due to misuse or negligence

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at temanmusa135@gmail.com or call 702-416-6569 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company. If you still have not received it, contact us at temanmusa135@gmail.com.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at temanmusa135@gmail.com.

EU Customers If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

Shipping Costs for Returns Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
